Overview
Kèr Y̼ovukēfi̊iē̼ was founded durring the late 15th century in summer of the year 1399, by Trrierh Powellen. The establishment of Kèr Y̼ovukēfi̊iē̼ suffered from several major issues, resulting in the need to develop many solutions to basic problems. Problems such as a lack of fresh water, logistical support, poor quality tools, and the odd monster or two. Howeaver, these were overcome in time.
Kèr Y̼ovukēfi̊iē̼ was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the late 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kèr Y̼ovukēfi̊iē̼ is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.
Kèr Y̼ovukēfi̊iē̼ is is constructed arround a semi-circular restrictive canals mainstreet, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to eachother at varrious points. The town has a defencive wall made from querried stone. The wall is equipped with a full set of battlments but the nature of its construction methodology leaves it somewhat vulnerable to siege equipment. That said, the town is well defended against anything short of an army. Kèr Y̼ovukēfi̊iē̼'s cost-cutting-focused defences are in an unremarkable state. To some, this is the ideal sate for defences to be in. In need of absoutly nothing, and ready to serve the town as needed.
Right off the bat Kèr Y̼ovukēfi̊iē̼ hits you in the face with its success. Everyone, even the peasants, are dressed in well made clothing. Every tool and implement you can see is finely made, and people will boast to you as obvious strangers of the wonders which can be found in their markets. More interestingly is a total lack of beggars, and plenty of new buildings are going up even as you speak. Many of those buildings are schools, scriptoriums, and even one college. One can only wonder what knowledge the town has come into.

Cultural Notes
Kèr Y̼ovukēfi̊iē̼'s bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is admittedly strange and non-linear style rooted in defiance of symmetrical shapes. It championed the creation of buildings with a unique visual appearance. the structural norms of classic buildings and deforms or moves away from elementary architectural principles. By including non-linear designs processed into its buildings and favoring fragmentation, this style expressed a form of controlled chaos. Its buildings appear out-of-the-ordinary, draw the eye in immediately and sometimes create a feeling of strangeness. These distorted shapes and structure are not reserved to the building’s outer facade, they destabilize interior elements too, favoring minimalism and play on people’s perceptions by injecting a futuristic touch.
In Kèr Y̼ovukēfi̊iē̼ during thunderstorms, with each flash of lightning, everyone sees different monsters from the corner of their eyes.
The Peafowl near Kèr Y̼ovukēfi̊iē̼ are known to be more aggressive than normal.
Kèr Y̼ovukēfi̊iē̼'s citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in spring and involves embarking on a group pilgrimage to channel Enchantment energies of tier 3 via recitation of scripture.

History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Kèr Y̼ovukēfi̊iē̼ was attacked by soldiers from another nation, with orders to raid Kèr Y̼ovukēfi̊iē̼. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Kèr Y̼ovukēfi̊iē̼ lost 198 people, 209 livestock, and 51 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 57, when members of Kèr Y̼ovukēfi̊iē̼'s militia enacted an operation to train a specific solgiers group for an upcoming operation. The operation was complicated by major logistical problems. The conflict ended with the defense of the port against a siege, which ended in a crushing defeat for Kèr Y̼ovukēfi̊iē̼'s forces. The war is remembered in legend by Kèr Y̼ovukēfi̊iē̼'s bards, historians, and legend keepers.
